Pricing & Services

Clear scope. Clear starting points.

Every business is different, but pricing shouldn’t feel like a mystery. These starting points explain common LSB projects, what they include, and where additional scope begins.

Professional Starter Website

For businesses that need to look professional, established, and easy to contact online.

$750–$1,000+

Typical scope

  • Mobile-responsive design
  • Existing logo and brand colors
  • Customer-facing messaging
  • Primary calls to action
  • Contact/inquiry form
  • Social links
  • Basic search-engine setup

Revision policy

Up to two post-staging revision rounds are included. After that, LSB continues to correct legitimate QA issues such as broken links, mobile-display issues, form failures, or implementation mistakes. New direction, new pages, or new functionality may require additional pricing.

Business Presence Build

A professional website plus a stronger customer experience around it.

  • Conversion structure
  • Google Business optimization
  • Social profile optimization

Social profile optimization means

  • Business name and description
  • Website/contact information
  • Booking or inquiry links
  • Hours/address where appropriate
  • Profile imagery and brand consistency
  • Correct connection to the customer path

It does not automatically include ongoing posting or community management.

Business System Build

For businesses that need the customer-facing business and the operations behind it to work together.

$2,500–$5,000+

Potential components

  • Website
  • CRM / Lead Center
  • Inquiry management
  • Lead lifecycle and follow-up
  • Scheduling and payments
  • Client portal / secure login
  • Documents and resources
  • Automated reporting
  • Owner dashboards
  • Workflow automation

Important

A starting price does not mean every listed component is included in a $2,500 project. LSB recommends and prices the components your business actually needs. Larger systems are custom quoted.

Managed Systems Support

For systems built by LSB or another provider.

$300–$500+/month

Support may include

  • CRM / Lead Center maintenance
  • Workflow support
  • Lead reporting
  • Forms and automation maintenance
  • Small portal/website updates
  • Scheduling/payment adjustments
  • Digital presence maintenance
  • Quarterly improvement recommendations

Systems built elsewhere

Outside systems require a one-time System Takeover Review, starting at $250. We review access, platforms, CRM/forms/automation, account ownership, security concerns, current problems, cleanup needs, and whether the system can be responsibly supported.

Monthly support is not unlimited project work.

Social Media

Profile support is different from content management.

LSB may provide

  • Profile setup and optimization
  • Business descriptions and contact information
  • Website and booking links
  • Brand alignment and cleanup
  • Posting calendars
  • Campaign planning
  • Content themes and caption starters
  • Paid-ad/tool recommendations

Not included by default

  • Routine weekly posting
  • Daily account management
  • Comment/DM management
  • Community engagement
  • Ongoing reel/video editing
  • Continuous custom content production
Policies

The details that protect both sides.

How many revisions are included?

Website/design projects typically include two post-staging revision rounds. After that, legitimate implementation and QA defects remain included. New direction, added deliverables, or added functionality may require a change order.

What does the client need to provide?

Requested business information, content, images, account access, policies, pricing, service details, branding materials, approvals, and timely feedback. Client delays may move the project timeline.

Are domains, hosting, software, and advertising included?

Not automatically. Third-party domains, hosting, premium software, subscriptions, advertising spend, payment processing, plugins/apps, and platform fees may be separate.

Will LSB branding appear on my site?

LSB-built websites may include a discreet “Developed by Legacy Systems Build” credit with a link. Exceptions may be approved for confidentiality, legal, regulatory, security, or established brand requirements.

Can LSB feature my project?

Client agreements permit LSB to identify the client relationship and use non-confidential completed work in portfolios, case studies, presentations, marketing, and sales materials unless a written exception applies.

How are larger projects paid?

Larger projects may use milestone payments such as Deposit → Interim Payment → Final Payment. The exact schedule appears in the client agreement.

Need something that isn’t listed?

Start with the problem. We’ll recommend the right scope.
