This website is provided for general business information and to help prospective and existing clients learn about or access Legacy Systems Build services. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, or use the site in violation of applicable law.
Projects and services
Website descriptions, examples, starting prices, timelines, and service information are general guidance only. The scope, price, deliverables, payment schedule, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, and other project terms for paid work are governed by the applicable written agreement, proposal, order, or statement of work.
Payments
Payment obligations for client work are controlled by the applicable written agreement or invoice. Third-party payment processors may apply their own terms and privacy practices.
Client accounts and portals
Portal credentials are intended for the authorized user or organization to whom they are issued. Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect clients, our systems, or our business.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated in a written client agreement, the website, brand assets, text, design elements, software, templates, and other materials displayed here are owned by or licensed to Legacy Systems Build and may not be copied, republished, or exploited without permission.
Third-party services and links
Our website and client systems may connect to third-party platforms, websites, payment processors, review tools, cloud services, or other providers. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, policies, or practices.
No guarantee of results
Examples, case studies, search performance, conversion improvements, or other business results are illustrative of specific projects and are not guarantees of future performance. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
